Decree: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Friday the thirty first day of August 2018,and upon perusing the Grounds petition of Appeal , the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate court and the court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.Muthukumar,Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.M.Senthil Vadivu, Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2 ,R3 and R4 not appearing either in person or by an Advocate(set exparte vide order dt.31/08/2018) and having stood for consideration till this day,doth order and decree as follows:
1.that the Judgment and decree of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur dated 23.08.2013 made in A.S.No.140 of 2012 be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed.
2.that the Appellant/Plaintiff do pay to the Respondents/Defendents a sum of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten only) being the cost in this Second Appeal.
