PRAYER: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.16 of 2002 dated 20.06.2002 by the Learned District Judge, Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam allowing the appeal and reversing the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.388 of 1995 dated 31.01.2002 passed by the Learned District Munsif, Kotagiri, Nilgiris.
