Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.103 of 2001 dated 27.08.2002 by the District Judge, Cuddalore, altering the part of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.44 of 1999 dated 30.04.2001 by the Subordinate Judge, Panrutti.
The counsel for the appellant has made an endorsement that the appellant had died 8 years ago. It is found that, despite the same, no steps had been taken to continue the Appeal as per law. In such view of the matter, there is no purpose in keeping the Second Appeal further pending.
