This Civil Suit is preferred, under Section 55 and 62 of the Indian Copyright Act read with Order IV Rule 1 of OS Rules and Order VII Rule 1 CPC, to declaring that the plaintiff alone is entitled to the exclusive copyright in respect of the broadcast of the picture �Vasugi�(Tamil) through satellite Television; for permanent injunction restraining the Defendants or their agents or servants or anyone claiming under or through them and/or authorized by them from in any manner infringing the copyright already vested with the plaintiff in respect of the broadcast through Satellite Television relating to the picture �Vasugi�(Tamil) either by broadcasting the entire picture or scenes or songs or otherwise in the Third Defendant's channel or in any other channel and for costs.

JUDGMENT
Mr.Mukundh, learned counsel on record for sole plaintiff submits that this suit has been amicably settled between the parties and that he has instructions from the plaintiff to withdraw the suit. Pursuant to such instructions, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the suit file, which reads as follows:-
