This Civil Suit is preferred, under Section 55 and 62 of the Indian Copyright Act read with Order VII Rule 1 CPC and Order IV Rule 1 of OS Rules, to declaring that the plaintiffs are the absolutely entitled to exploit the picture �RENDU PONDATTI KAVALKARAN� Tamil, starring Anand Babu, Vaidehi etc., and directed by R.Narasimhan through Satellite by means of Dish-Antenna and known as Cable Television for the entire India; for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants their men agents servants or any other persons acting their behalf from interfering with the plaintiffs exploiting the picture �RENDU PONDATTI KAVALKARAN� Tamil, starring Anand Babu Vaidehi and directed by R.Narasimhan through satellite by means of Dish Antenna and known as cable television in the entire India; and for costs.
