The total sale consideration of the property is Rs.2,75,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Seventy Five Lakhs only). The balance sale consideration of Rs.2,60,00,000/(Rupees Two Crores Sixty Lakhs only) shall be paid before the sale registration with a period of nine (9) months from today.
