ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 342, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C r/w Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, in Crime No. (*)165 of 2017 , on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding his date of surrender, when he shall apply for regular

The Special Court is directed to consider and dispose of the
