PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC) (Magisterial Level), Thoothukudi, in Cr.M.P.No.6277 of 2013 in C.C.No.333 of 2012 and set aside the order, dated 18.10.2013.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order, dated 18.10.2013, passed in Cr.M.P.No.6277 of 2013 in C.C.No.333 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track CourtMagisterial Level), Thoothukudi.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submit that since the main C.C.No.333 of 2012 itself was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this case, hence the petition may be closed.
3.Recording the said submission made by both counsel, this Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
