ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has already filed charge sheet before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.52 of 2018.
2.In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
