This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police to instruct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner was enquired regarding NBW that was issued by the Court below against his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ brother in a pending case. Subsequently, the said NBW has been recalled. Therefore, no more enquiry will be conducted.
