This petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the FIR in Crime No.334 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent.
was paid to him in four installments and every time, the first petitioner has obtained the signature in blank papers. He further stated that since the first petitioner has not come forward for getting the execution of the sale deed by paying the balance sale consideration, he made a request to the first petitioner to pay the balance sale consideration and execute of the sale deed and for that, the petitioners herein have criminally intimidated him and hence he has lodged a complaint. Based on the said complaint, the first respondent has registered a case against the petitioners herein in Crime No.334 of 2012 under Sections 420, 384, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.
