ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that based on the complaint petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A closure report has also been produced before this Court.
4.The same is recorded. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
