This petition has been filed by the accused No.2-4, to quash the FIR in Crime No.90 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and finally further action dropped and to that effect the report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 04.09.2017.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the second respondent to avail appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
