4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned once in a month, i.e., on first working day of every month, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
