i.e., on 23.11.2018, the Tahsildar, Mr.K.Ekambaram,
Mathuranthagam, is present in court. The Tahsildar, has passed an order dated 07.12.2018, in compliance with the directions issued by this Court stating certain reasons as
to why patta cannot be granted. Similarly, the Tahsildar
has stated that the petitioners may be entitled to free house site patta in terms of the Government Order. Furthermore, it appears that there has been tampering of original records by a Village Administrative Officer against whom, a criminal case has been filed and he is also under suspension.
