Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 734 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Decree and Judgment dated 9.7.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.6 of 2011 on the file of the Learned (Special District Judge) Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Thanajvur and thus render justice.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that today he is going to pay the cost. The same is permitted.
