(ii)To modify the order passed in C.M.P.No11984/2018 in the above appeal and pass such order as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case (in CMP,16128/2018)

The earlier order of this court dated 25/09/2018 has been complied with by the appellant by depositing a sum of Rs.6,12,000/on 30/10/2018. Hence, the (*) 1st respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
In view of the above, the interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.
