2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after notice was ordered in this writ petition, the tender form has been furnished to the petitioner and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the abovesaid statement, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
