Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 9.3.2014 passed by the second respondent and to quash the same and to direct the second respondent to provide police protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament on 15.3.2014 and 16.3.2014.
ORDER
The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
