PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to inspect the office of the third respondent and to take action against the third respondent in order to provide the Government benefits to the respective differently abled persons in Madurai District without delay.
