PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the petitioner's appointment as B.T. Assistant (Maths) in the 5th and 6th respondents school with effect from the date of petitioner's appointment on 05/06/2012 with all attendant benefits including arrears of salary and allowance within a time frame that maybe stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also circulated a letter dated 03.02.2017 to the Registry and also made an endorsement to that effect.
