PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to construct the remaining 56 shops at the Mattuthavani Central Market, Madurai and handover the possession of 126 shops to the members of the petitioner Association within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to construct the remaining 56 shops at the Mattuthavani Central Market, Madurai and handover the possession of 126 shops to the members of the petitioner Association, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that after getting advance amounts from the members of the petitioner association, the respondent has not completed construction of 56 shops out of 126 shops in Mattuthavani Central Market, Madurai and the respondent has not handed over possession of 70 shops to the members.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent reported that the prayer of the petitioner is met with and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

5.Recording the submission made on the side of the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
