PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to take action against the Suzlon Wind Mill company which has illegaly occupied the Panchayat lands and constructed buildings and erected wind mills company without any permission and approval from the concerned authorities on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2013.
