2.We are not in a position to understand as to how the Registry numbered this writ petition. The first respondent is a Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Officer. The substantial prayer is to prohibit the learned District Munsif from proceeding with the civil suit.

3.This writ petition is clearly not maintainable. We therefore dismiss the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
