Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.4762/A1/2016, dated 13.1.2017 on the file of the respondent No.5 and to quash the same as illegal.
ORDER
