Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the resolution No.333 dated 12.02.2004 passed by the first respondent council and the consequential demand dated 24.02.2004 of the first respondent and quash the same and forebear the respondents from enforcing the demand of licence fee from the petitioner or for taking a licence in respect of the items mentioned in the Schedule-I, II and III of the writ petition.
