Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2017 forthwith for redressing the grievances and consequently direct the respondent not to give any permission to any one to install any wine shop at KP Karadu Puttur, Nethimedu, Salem, as proposed.
This writ petition is premature. A representation has been made on 05.04.2017, requesting the respondents not to give permission for installing a wine shop in the village in question, as proposed. The representation has been despatched on 05.04.2017. This writ petition has been filed on 07.04.2017. We do not deem it appropriate to entertain the writ petition, which is premature.
2.Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no
order as to costs. The dismissal of the writ petition will not
prevent the Collector / first respondent from considering the
representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
