Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the
records relating to the order of the 3 rd respondent dated
21.12.2002 in M.T.W.A. No.1/2002 served on the petitioner on
13.12.2002 confirming the decision of the 4 th respondent
communicated through his letter no.9758/2001 dated 31.12.2001
and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents not
to insist the petitioner establishment to comply with the
provisions of the Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961 apart from the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Catering Establishment Act.
When this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has become infructuous.

for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having
