This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents forbearing to erect electric poles and drawing of lines in S.No.131/1, Moolapalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

With the grievance that the electric pole is being erected in his land without their consent, the petitioners have approached this Court, by way of this Writ Petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, in view of the communication, dated 21.03.2017 issued by the fourth respondent asking the petitioners to appear on 06.04.2017, they may approach the said authority and put forth their grievance.
