ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after the filing of the writ petition, service connection has been effected and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
2.In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the fifth respondent to take appropriate action as per law. No costs.
