Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1^st respondent to pay the salary and all other benefits to the petitioner for the period from 06.01.2003 to 11.08.2004 in the post of Assistant Director (Cost) with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
