ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to quash the order of the thrid respondent dated 01.12.2010 in his Proceedings No.5074/OTD-B2/2010.
2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would produce the copy of the Memorandum No. 5136/OTD-B2/2008, dated 31.03.2015 in and by which, the petitioner had been selected provisionally for the post of Assistant and was appointed by direct recruitment.
