The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dt.20.1.2011 Ref.Na.Ka.6141/A9/ 2010 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and all consequential proceedings thereof and consequently direct the respondent authorities and their subordinates officials to render all assistance to the petitioner foundation to accomplish their valuable development activities being carried out by the petitioner trust under the MOU dt.6.10.2009 in the 2nd respondent school.
