PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus
or any other writ or direction or in the nature of Writ
forbearing the respondents from proceeding against the
petitioner mill run by the petitioner under deed of license or
lease dt.03.08.2004 by attaching, seizing and removal of
machineries for the collection or recovery of loan amount from
erstwhile Managing Director, the 4 th respondent herein without
resorting to due process of law
