PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or Direction in the nature of a writ, calling for the records of the Respondent herein relating to his Final Notice-cum-Demand issued in Na.Ka.No.5518/07/A1 Dated 28.06.2010 and served on the petitioner on 14.09.2010 demanding huge amount as arrears of rent, quash the said Final Notice-cum-Demand, and consequently direct the respondent herein to adjust the excess amount collected from the petitioner by way of Advance lease, rental etc., towards future rental for the two leased Show Rooms 'A' & 'B' situate in Ground Floor at Municipal Shopping Complex, Alandur in Chennai-16 by reckoning the lease period either from the date of execution of Lease, i.e. 7.10.2009 or from taking full possession by the petitioner i.e., in December, 2009.
