No.77/2008/Mines-2 dated 26.03.2008 and in S.No.697/2 (Part-4) measuring 5.00.0 hectares in Thorapalli Agraharam Village, Hosure Taluk for the period of ten years from 29.05.2008 to 28.05.2018 vide earlier proceedings in ROC. No.78/2008/Mines-2 dated 29.03.2008 by the 3rd respondent as the same is not in accordance to provisions of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act 1882 and having any legal force.
