The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent released in its official website dated 19.1.2013 for Roll No.12PG01080358 and the consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka. No. 97646/ W3/ E1/2012, dated 21.2.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the order of appointment issued by the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka. No.097646/ W3/ E1/2012 dated 12.12.2012 and issue an order of allotment of school in favour of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable court with all consequential and attended benefits including seniority based on selection and other benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble court.
