Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take immediate steps before the date of Ashtabandhana Kumbabhishekam i.e. 6.2.2017 by providing equate number of mobile toilets has to be placed for the use of devotees during the Kumbabhishekam to be held on 6.2.2017 as that of Kumbakonam and to open the newly built Sadhukkal Madam and Viji Marriage Hall for the usage of devotees based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.1.2017.
