Writ Petition under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to expedite the appeal filed by the petitioner on 16.8.2012 and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
Aggrieved by the final order passed by the District Registrar in Proceedings Na.Ka.No.2957/U/2012 dated 27.7.2012 cancelling the Registration of Document No.8007/2011 dated
14.12.2011, the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 16.8.2012 before the first respondent but till date no order has been passed in the aforesaid Appeal. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.
