Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in Letter No.14494/CV-111/2014 dated 06.07.2017 issued by the 1^st Respondent/Principal Secretary to Government, Adi- Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (CV3) Department and quash paragraph '5' therein and further directing the respondents not to conduct any new enquiry upon the Konda Reddis Community Certificate issued to Petitioner on 07.07.1990 passed on the orders issued in W.P.No.13352 of 1985 and W.A.No.1054 of 1986 by this Court.
