Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to order or direction to the distributor to furnish very clear cash bill copy for the LPG refilled cylinder price for domestic usage, 2. Delivery charges for LPG refilled cylinder delivery, if no delivery charges shall be paid. 3. If the LPG refilled cylinder delivered at the godown, the cash bill to be paid by the consumer at the godown. 4. To be weighted the LPG refilled cylinder before the consumer at the time of delivery. 5. To be check the LPG refilled cylinder Leak test before the consumer at the time of delivery. 6. To be delivered the refilled LPG cylinder within the stipulated period to the consumer and directing the respondent to pay the loss amount of Rupees five lakhs to the petitioner for the losses made by the respondent by willfull neglection of duty u/s 166 of IPC 1860.
