Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records on the file of the 2 nd respondent relating to the order issued in Na.Ka.No.9465/2016/PE2 dated 16.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

Heard Mr.R.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for about sometime, expressed that the writ petitioner will face the disciplinary proceedings and if he is aggrieved out of the final decision taken, he will initiate appropriate action under law. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the learned counsel sough for permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
