The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry on the

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2015 to delete the wrong entries found in the Encumbrance Certificate, the 1^st respondent has

not passed any order so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders after conducting enquiry in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2015 and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
