Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VAIDYANATHAN P-IN-P, and of MR.T.N.RAJAGOPALAN, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the 1 to 4 respondents the court made the following order:-

2.On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that no construction shall be carried out on the Chitlapakkam lake and in the bund area abutting the lake.
