Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to withdraw the case in HMOP No.19 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai and to transfer the same to the sub court at Ramanathapuram to be tried along with HMOP No.43 of 2017 pending there and pass such other or further orders as this Honourable Court.
Prayer in CMP(MD). 3694/ 2017 :
To stay all further proceedings in HMOP No.19 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court at Sivagangai pending disposal of the above transfer petition before this Honourable Court.
