This petition is filed to withdraw the proceedings in M.O.P.No.332 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court, Puducherry and to transfer the same to Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore.
- The petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. According to the petitioner, her marriage with the respondent is a registered marriage and it was performed forcibly without her consent. Hence, the petitioner had filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2015 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore, to dissolve the alleged registered marriage. The respondent filed a petition in M.O.P. No.332 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry, for restitution of conjugal rights.
