Prayer:Petition has been filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Vellore to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have entered into a compromise before the Mediation held at Tamil Nadu Mediation & Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras and a Mediation Agreement dated 20.03.2017 has been entered into between the parties, duly signed and attested by the respective counsel.
- In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded in the Mediation Report dated 20.03.2017, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The mediation agreement shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
