The Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to HMOP No.409 of 2015 to the file of Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the said records.
