JUDGMENT
Though the sole respondent had died on 14.03.2013, no steps have been taken so far to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has also filed a memo giving the details of the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. Inspite of the same, the appellants have not taken any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.
