Prayer:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the Judgment and decree in A.S.No.245 of 1997 dated 15.02.1999 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court, Erode District at Erode, reversing the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.541 of 1989 dated 29.10.1997 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Periyar District at Erode.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants filed two memos one signed by the 2, 4 to 9 and 14^th appellants and another signed by 12 and 13^th appellants. Rest of the appellants are shown as died.

appellants that the appellants are not interested in pursuing
the appeal any further and they have settled the matter out of
the Court. Hence sought for dismissal of the second appeal as
